Is there a way to turn off the AI feature on Facebook?

You may notice Facebook got an AI upgrade recently. It’s getting mixed reviews as of now, including from my followers. If AI is something you’re not into yet, that’s totally ok. I will be teaching all about AI in the coming months, because even if you don’t want to use it, AI is becoming a big element in the tech world (and it’s actually pretty useful once you understand how it works).
Back to Facebook… there isn’t a way as of now to turn the AI features off. But, the magnifying glass search is still there and searching for friends, events, or even your favorite sports team will still work the same. Here's what’s changed: you'll now see some suggested searches powered by Meta AI, marked by their snazzy logo. Click on one and you're chatting with Meta AI, just like any other chatbot. Want to go back to searching? Just tap the "X". Hitting enter without clicking anything keeps you on the regular search track.
I say try it out! Dive in and explore the new AI-powered search.
Name that tune!
How often have you overheard a song and you just need to know what song it is or who sings it? Well, your iPhone can help in two ways!
Simply ask Siri to “name that tune” and she’ll listen and tell you.
Use Shazam!
It’s a tool already BUILT IN to your phone! Go to Settings > Control Center > tap Music Recognition to add it to your control center. The next time a song pops up that you need to know about, swipe down from the top right to access control center and tap the Shazam icon. Let your phone do the rest!Try it out! 🎶
