On Instagram, when I’m in my messages, above my profile pic it says “note”. How do I get rid of that?

🤓 The note feature was turned on not too long ago, and it’s meant to be an announcement or status statement. The bad news, you can’t get rid of it. The good news, the only people who see it are those who follow you, and only when they are in the messages area of Instagram. Plus, you don’t have to write anything there at all if you choose not to.

New Health App Feature That is Well Overdue is HERE!

Have you ever been at an appointment and wished you could have your medical records on hand without the rigamarole of getting one doctor to send to another? Then this is going to really excite you.

If you have an iPhone that is running iOS 17, there is now an option to sync your records to the Health app.

Just follow these steps:
Open the Health app > tap on your profile picture (Summary tab for iPhone, Profile for iPad)> scroll down to Features > Health Records > Get Started

• Next, select your hospital or network, connect your account and wait for your records to update.
  
  Note: Many hospitals/ networks are available but if yours isn’t there yet, keep checking back.

View the records:
Open the Health app > Browse > selecting a category under Health Records > tapping on an item to see more details.

Android friends, unfortunately, there isn’t a built-in Health app yet, but you can try the CommonHealth app which connects with 15,000 providers.
